Follow the river to the waterfall portal said to be a gateway between worlds. This is where we find each other for a weekend of deep nourishment and transformation guided by our bodies, the power of sacred sound and deep ceremony.

Expect a deeply nourishing and transformative weekend. You will be infused with the magic of medicine music as night falls, at a private waterfall ritual of cleansing and rebirth. Work with indigenous plants to rebalance your system and be held by the deeply sacred land and waters in heart centred community.

A bit about this place: 

St. Nectan's glen is steeped in myth and legend, from King Arthur to portals to the otherworld. This is a very potent place to be working on ourselves and connecting to the elemental world and our connection to ourselves and spirit. A place of Druidic magic and pilgrimage, the mystical nature of St, Nectan's glen is palpable. Gaining private access to the falls outside of visiting hours to conduct our ritual and connect to this place at night is a very powerful way of connecting to the magic found here.

Your Facilitators

Laura Reeves

Laura has facilitated with Psychedelic Society since 2017. After a decade of working with shamanic plant medicine, she offers transformational spaces designed to explore the darker parts of our psyche in order to experience deeper love, expansion and liberation. Currently she is studying to be a doctor of the Amazonian Master Plants and lives part time in the Amazon Rainforest with an indigenous maestro. 

Over a decade ago, she travelled the Americas working in NGOs focusing on ecological sustainability before discovering the ancient keys to the psyche found in the plants of the rainforest. Experiencing a deeper sense of reality inspired the creation of transformative arts company Infinite Experience, who travelled the world with their interactive theatre piece designed to transcend separateness. She now holds workshops, ceremonies, retreats and 1-1 sessions designed to connect people to their deeper essence guided by her experience and years of training in healing modalities. 

Training: 

• Diploma in Craniosacral therapy - 1 year - CCST. In depth work with the Nervous System (anatomy & pathology); trauma informed study

• The Wisdom of Trauma course with Gabor Mate 

• Over 10 years working with shamanic diets, techniques and practice

• QiGong teacher training - 1 year - Mimi Kuo Deemer 

• Somatic Experiencing - short course - Peter Levine 

• Reclaiming your six body wisdom areas course with Suzanne Scurlock

• Masters in Acting from East 15 (Alexandra technique; somatic practice & training; Meisner technique; physical theatre; body connection work; Clown studies; Bouffon)

• BA (hons) Philosophy and Theology - consciousness studies/metaphysics - University of Nottingham and Melbourne

Lila Lilianna Rose 

Lila is a Sacred Medicine Singer & Sound Healer, Medicine Woman and Ceremonial space holder. She regularly holds transformative Cacao and Rose Tea Ceremonies, Women’s Circles and Yoga and Voice Activation sessions. Her passion is supporting the return to wholeness through the reconnection to Divine Feminine power, nurtured by rebalancing the Feminine and Masculine energies within. Lila holds powerful 1-1 healing sessions, womb aligning, voice activations and Akashic Records guidance, drawing upon almost 2 decades of traversing and facilitating healing work.

Lila is a certified Yoga teacher and has been holding private and group sessions for over 14 years in the UK and internationally. She’s also an experienced professional singer, being one half of the renowned Mantra duo- Illumina (3 albums available on Spotify, YouTube etc). As Illumina she has played in such prestigious venues as Alternatives in Piccadilly, Cecil Sharp House and the Royal Academy of Arts in London among others. She’s also held many sacred ceremonies, workshops, gong / sound baths and yoga retreats all over the country and beyond.
