Visioning Day for Home School Initiative

We are increasingly aware that main stream education is simply not working for so many of our young people. As such we would love to invite anyone who is interested in exploring the possibilities of a home education initiative.

As it stands Oxen Park Farm already hosts two social enterprises, teigngreens and onthehill. It has always been part of the vision that a third social enterprise is possible, this provision being just that, operating independently and in collaboration with Oxen Park Farm. The farm is now well placed to support such an enterprise with all the facilities and infrastructure that are in place. 

 Given the early stages of this project we do not wish to limit ourselves in any way, as such we extend the invitation to anyone who is a parent or carer of children between 5 -15 years of age.  We are inviting any stakeholders to a visioning day, this is open to parents, children and  educators in order to explore the possibilities of such an initiative.

The day will run from 11:00am - 4:00pm  the day will consist of walks, talks, conversations and activities. We are asking for a small donation of £3- £5,  lunch will be provided (do bring snacks). Join us Saturday 22nd March.
