For one evening only, ticket holders will take a trip down the rabbit hole into a fools journey that will never be repeated. The Tarot, an ancient tool of self-exploration, cosmic discovery and heartfelt communication, is our natural companion in this paradoxical pocket theatre. Our immersive theatrical experiment aims to colourfully kidnap our participants and lead them towards an encounter with the unknown, in an improvised chaos in which synchronicities and moments of epiphany thrive. This compendium of living archetypes and numerology, intimate moments and poetic acts, radiates with rambunctious new resonances created in community, in the moment…

The audience are invited to clown with us inside the Divine Ridiculous realms of The Embodied Tarot, and meet ritual performers and artists in a setting where we treat our creative participation as a devotional offering to reality, as a necessary nutrient for the wellbeing of self, community, place and planet.

The game is yet more ingenious, and begins as soon as you buy your ticket - every audience member will also be invited to embody a card of the Tarot’s minor arcana. Thus we will collaborate to form a living tarot masquerade, what we like to call "Quantum Burlesque".

In order to play this ridiculous game, after buying a ticket, you should ask your own life question to the Divine Ridiculous: the email to send your question to will be revealed to you once you have bought your ticket. Once purchased your opportunity to play with and embody your very own tarot card begins, you are invited to adorn yourself with costume or accessories that allude to it's mysterious insights.

You might meet with a card within the space, watch psychomagic performances, or get sidetracked by other games on this unusual evening when the entire tarot is foolishly embodied throughout the MIC space. Each clown you meet will have games and performances that could resonate with your quest and bring idiotic insight for your delight.

In this event we are all fools and we are all on a journey, we might be there looking for answers or simply to enjoy the ride. Will this be your playful journey of clown awakening as you explore, encounter and enjoy ‘wisdom’ from the cards?
