You are warmly invited to join this inspirational embodied experience for your voice and throat chakra led by Rachael Dadd & Anna Lempriere.
Anna Lempriere has been teaching conscious communication as a kundalini yoga teacher and SpeakYOU coach supporting Women to share their voices for 20 years. She will lead you in a kundalini yoga workshop focusing on your throat chakra, before inspirational artist, musician and experienced choir leader Rachael Dadd will take you on a vocal sounding journey.
Light vegan meal and cacao included with ticket price. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
