Breath Of Life - Breathwork Facilitator Breathe:

You're warmly invited to attend our student breathwork sessions.


These sessions are free of charge and offer an opportunity for our facilitators-in-training to practice with live participants.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, and take a moment to review the contraindications below:

If you have any of the following conditions, please inform the facilitator before the session begins so that a modified, nose-breathing practice can be offered:

  • First trimester or delicate pregnancy
  • Pacemaker
  • Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis
  • Heart conditions
  • COPD
  • High or low blood pressure with a history of fainting
  • PTSD
  • Major recent surgery
