Overview

We end our Temple Foundations weekend not with more learning—but with liberation. This clothing-optional ecstatic dance is a space to integrate everything we've explored—boundaries, touch, emotional expression, body wisdom—through movement, music, and community.

You’re invited to move freely, to be witnessed and witnessing, to dance clothed or unclothed, in celebration of your body and the primal joy of togetherness. Whether you've journeyed with us through the weekend workshops or are joining just for this event, you're welcome in the tribe.

The Space We’re Creating

We begin with an opening circle to meet each other and set the tone:

• This is a sensual, not sexual space.
• Nudity is always optional
• We honour arousal if it arises, but we don’t act on it or chase it.
• We dance with ourselves, each other, with the music, with the room.
• Emotions are welcome if they arise.

Joy will hold the space lightly, ensuring a field of safety and respect. Once the music begins, the journey is yours.

We close with a circle to land and share what’s been moved or opened.

Why It Matters

In a world that so often asks us to suppress or perform, this dance invites something ancient and true: naked movement, not for display, but for connection. To ourselves. To each other. To spirit in form.

It’s a space to remember what it is to be tribal, tender, wild and free.

• Those curious to experience Temple space through movement and community
• Anyone longing for honest, embodied, clothing-optional connection

Practical Notes

• This is a clothing-optional event. Nudity is welcome, never required.
• Boundaries and consent are paramount. We will set clear agreements at the start.
• Please arrive on time. Doors will close once we begin.
• Bring water, a wrap or blanket for integration, and whatever supports your comfort.
