A Day of Soulful Reconnection

Welcome to Date with Your Inner Woman-Deepening! 

A day to soften, to feel, and to come home to yourself.

Through pelvic floor yoga, conscious touch, meditation, breathwork, and sacred circle, we’ll create space to meet the deeper layers of your feminine self.

Me and Yara will guide you through a powerful journey of coming home to yourself.
Together we’ll share sacred Cacao, explore Pelvic Floor Yoga and womb wisdom, experience the healing magic of conscious touch, and relax into meditation and blissful Yoga Nidra.

During this day, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself, release obstacles holding you back, explore your femininity, and cultivate self-love and empowerment.
