It is our honor to invite you to a very special Sunday afternoon with Dr. Dan Siegel – renowned neuropsychiatrist, author, and explorer of the human mind. But this isn’t your typical lecture. Instead, we will gather for a relaxed fika – the Swedish tradition of slowing down for coffee, tea, and something sweet – where curiosity and connection are the main ingredients.

We'll begin by simply being together: arriving, settling, connecting. Then our host Gonzalo and special guest Dan will take the stage to explore the magic of fika, and more importantly – Dan himself. Not through slides or science-heavy talks, but through a conversation that opens the heart and mind: Who is Dan beneath the accolades? What does he care about? How does he see the world, and how does he feel within it?

This event is intimate, with only 40 spots available. We're curating a diverse group of changemakers and curious minds – across generations, sectors, nationalities, and lived experiences – to join this afternoon of shared presence.

Entry fee: A symbolic offering in the form of a fika contribution - bring cinnamon buns, cake, donuts etc. for you and others to share!
(Please bring something gluten-free if possible – Dan is gluten-free!) 🥐
