This isn't your typical Saturday. It's a carefully crafted journey from morning movement practices, to afternoon creative sessions where you'll tune into your future self. We're talking guided bodywork that makes you feel alive, playful exercises that dissolve social anxiety, creative practices that bypass your inner critic, and Eastern breathing exercises that soothe your nervous system.
What emerges when we are pushed to our limits and what becomes possible, when life demands transformation? We invite you to the Saturday evening of art, reflections and integrating practices on memory, trauma, and power of resilience. Life to the Limit is a movie by a veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war Pavlo Peleshok (Ukraine).
Welcome to a two-hour journey into the deeper dimensions of the body, stillness, gratitude, and the shimmering presence of the soul. This embodied gratitude meditation is inspired by the 26 energy points from Jin Shin Jyutsu. Through touch, breath, and conscious awareness, the body’s natural flow opens — where the physical, emotional, and noetic bodies meet in a living tapestry of light, movement, and rest.
Join us on the first Sunday of Advent for an intimate evening themed Light & Darkness, where we gather to spark our inner fire through voice, music, and shared presence. We begin with a heart-opening voice workshop led by Hannah Samira, exploring expression, improvisation, and the joy of creating sound together. After a cozy fika break, musician and songwriter Ludvig Svartholm offers a soulful acoustic concert that weaves stillness, northern nature, and emotional depth. We close the night in circle with shared songs and gentle connection. A soft, communal space to light candles in the winter darkness — both around us and within us.
Let Life Happen is not a lecture – it’s a living experience where storytelling, music, and art open a breathing space for resilience, reflection, shared humanity and a deeper trust for life” You will leave with six neurohacks to increase your stress tolerance, resilience, and pleasure, and to reduce your stress level. And a challenge to train a new gravity point in your consciousness.
The purpose of this ceremony is to rediscover calm, presence, and trust in your own inner voice — while also sensing the deep interconnection between your inner and outer nature. A simple yet profoundly healing practice and a way to remember that you are already part of all that is living.
