The Meaning Crisis: Altered States, Law of Attraction & Addiction with Dr. Tara Swart, Dr. Rayyan Zafar & Jamie Clements

About The Event

Join us for an insightful evening where science, mindfulness, and embodied practice meet. This unique event brings together leading experts in neuroscience, psychedelics, and breathwork for a panel discussion and experiential journey into the frontiers of consciousness and the meaning crisis.

Dr. Tara Swart, neuroscientist, medical doctor, and best-selling author of The Source, shares pragmatic insights on how mindfulness and neuroplasticity can reshape our lives. Dr. Rayyan Zafar, neuropsychopharmacologist and researcher at Imperial College London’s Centre for Psychedelic Research, will dive into the latest findings on altered states of consciousness and addiction. Breathwork specialist Jamie Clements, founder of The Breath Space, brings practical wisdom on how the simple act of breathing can radically transform mental and emotional health.

The evening will combine a combination of panel discussions and experiential practice such as breathwork, meditation and guided visualisations.

Whether you’re curious about the science of the mind, seeking tools for personal growth, or looking to expand your awareness, this evening promises rich conversation, grounded insights, and embodied exploration.

Panelists

Jamie Clements

Jamie Clements is a breathwork specialist and founder of The Breath Space. Jamie has worked alongside top entrepreneurs, politicians, athletes and many more, to share the life changing potential of breathwork and altered states of consciousness. After discovering out first-hand just how impactful breathwork can be, Jamie strongly believes that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives.
Jamie is trained in a variety of breathwork modalities and tailors this to his clients and groups accordingly. Whether it's performance breathwork for athletes, therapeutic breathwork for healing or simple breathing techniques for nervous system regulation, the power of breathwork can support us all.
