Conscious Connected Breathwork session - QEP Centre, Guildford 2 dates

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breath which involves continuous; no pausing between the inhale and the exhale, open-mouthed, deep, full-body breaths.

This session is perfect for anyone looking to connect with themselves on a deeper level and experience the profound benefits of conscious connected breathing.  The experiences can be wide-ranging; from relaxing to euphoria, to releasing emotions including trauma, to entering an alternate state and a connection to the divine, to the something bigger. 

Each sessions starts with an overview, some movement so our energy systems are working in the correct direction.  We then move into the conscious connected breathwork session accompanied by music which lasts at least 45 minutes.  You are then guided back, offered snacks for grounding and an opportunity to share.  

This is a profound experience and there are contraindications to this breath; schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, heart conditions, glaucoma, aneurysms, high or low blood pressure, risk of stroke and early or delicate pregnancy.
