4 day deep transformational experience for couples

I have over 30 years experience supporting couples from all walks of life to transforming their relationship. Including intimacy, sexuality, conflict and communication.

It is for couples who really want to make their relationship work, couples who are willing to work deeply with me and explore if and how their relationship can be mended. Whether your relationship is thriving and you want to go deeper or you are struggling , the process and practices on the retreat will meet you exactly where you are and give you simple yet powerful tools that you can home with you and continue to use.

I also have decades of experience working with couples who are in crisis, or at a Threshold in their relationship, this threshold could be a positive move or it could be that it feels like the relationship is breaking, either way, these thresholds are key portals when transformation wants to happen.

This retreat is for all couples of any orientation and however you identify. The teachings and the methods I have developed work for all humans no matter what the dynamics or preferences. I have a good understanding of some of the many challenges that face queer couples and the methods I use work equally well across the board without anyone having to adapt or move from their core values and ways of relating.

The context of all the work I offer is rooted in our interconnectedness with the web of life. Humans are elemental nature beings and our feelings and experiences of being human need to be contextualised within a wider understanding of our ancestral deep time conditioning. A lot of what we get stuck in with relating is due to the systemic generational patterning that we get passed down the lineage and through cultural conditioning. This is why working in the context of others in collective trauma and patterning decelerates our healing.

  If you have your own camper van you are welcome to stay on our the campsite.

  There is also lots of local air B&B in the area for more options

 Meals and drinks
During the workshop there will be hot drinks available all the time. Each evening we offer a homemade freshly prepared vegan feast, wheat free and organic where possible. Lunch is self catering, either bring and share or bring what you need for yourselves.

We begin each day at 9.30am and finish around 9.30pm. There are lots of breaks during this time and spaciousness. However there will not be time to do other things in the evenings. Please plan to be fully focused on the course to the end.
