Grief Circles – Online & In-Person 
A space to be seen, heard, and held in your grief.

Whether we gather in my cosy North London home, accompanied by the heart-opening medicine of cacao, or connect online from the comfort of our own spaces — these grief circles are a place to gently honour what you’re carrying.

Open to all genders, each circle welcomes up to 8 people, creating an intimate, supportive space to express your truth. Together, we share stories, hold silence, and witness one another in whatever is present — rage, sorrow, love, or loss.

For online circles: bring a cuppa, light a candle, and wrap yourself in something warm. Let this be a moment to be fully held — no fixing, no judgment, just presence.
