About me and the embodiment of my service:

The foundation of my aliveness and how i have chosen to attune my daily living to, is first the awareness of holistic healing, prioritising a balanced and whole state of being. Honouring the innerstanding that all is energy before it is physical matter, and as within so without; we then honour the alchemy of the elements within us.

From a biomedical science background and a very early interest in the biology of our bodies, paired with an everpresent curiosity for life and truth, the first deeping of my awareness came by the practice of yoga and a whole food plant based nutrition.

Beyond physical well-being, being a knowledge seeker and adventurer has led me to be around many different experiences and walks of life, furthering an ability to hold space for another. Pair this with the deep self practice I honour daily and thus the knowing and sight developed, being a guide in humble awareness of the exchange is a fruitful and natural process for me with those I collaborate with.
