Expect Kundalini Yoga kriyas ( series of movement) , Breathwork, Meditation, Music, Mantra Chanting  and Reiki Healing , during your relaxation.  It will be a sensory experience, where I will incorporate aromatherapy and light touch (optional) , during the Reiki Healing.
