My name is Clara, founder of The Jasmine Space—a sanctuary for women to reconnect with their body wisdom through yoga and art.
I support women in rediscovering their spark, replenishing their energy, and living uplifted and aligned by healing the root causes of burnout through yoga and mindful creativity. I’m trained in Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Reiki, and Ayurveda, and I’m also an art teacher. This unique blend of modalities allows me to weave together nourishing, embodied experiences that support deep self-connection and transformation.
My Kundalini Yoga classes are a space to become fully embodied and to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body—meeting yourself exactly as you are, without judgement.
Through this practice, you’ll begin to awaken your inner wisdom and intuition, while gently releasing limiting belief patterns that no longer serve you.
Kundalini Yoga helps to move blocked energy in the body and strengthen the nervous system, leaving you feeling uplifted, energised, and more open to receive.
