In 2014 Sophie trained in the States with Dancing Freedom. By 2017, Sophie was a full-time DJ and Dancing Freedom and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator. She has now developed her own brand of Ecstatic Dance - Cosmic Dance - and also collaborates with Ecstatic Dance communities around the UK and Europe.
Sophie believes the transformative nature of music and dance helps us to feel more embodied, reminds us that we belong to a community and inspires us to live truly alive in each moment
