Spring greetings there,

After a few quiet months on the email front we've finally setup our new mailing system via Dandelion. We have lots of exciting news and important updates to share with you.

New Venue & Dedicated Kids Space
First up, we have a beautiful new venue and home in Bedminster (check our socials for a sneak peak). Our new venue is more spacious and has allowed us to setup a dedicated Kids Space with a Kids Guardian, where children can play away from the music whilst their parents enjoy a dance. It's been a great success!

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines & Safe(r) Space Agreement
We have also updated our Ecstatic Dance Guidelines and Safe(r) Space Agreement. These guidelines and agreements indicate the behaviour and rules that are acceptable and must be followed at our events. These are put in place to create a held space for the practice of Ecstatic Dance and to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome in our spaces. By purchasing a ticket and attending our events you agree to respect and follow our Ecstatic Dance Guidelines and Safe(r) Space Agreement. Exchange / Ticket Price Increase
We have been running our Sunday Ecstatic Dances in Bristol with the same prices for over 2 years. Now the time has come to increase our ticket prices in order to continue running and bringing to the community of Bristol one of the highest quality, regular Ecstatic Dances in the UK. We still want to make our sessions accessible to as many people as possible so we still have options for people on low income or unemployed. Please see our event pages for our new prices and low income options.

This Sunday

This Sunday we have international DJ and Facilitator, Our Echo, leading the Ecstatic Dance session. Our Echo is an incredible DJ, teacher and Ceremony Leader based in Mexico. She holds epic Ecstatic Dances and community gatherings in the Mexican jungle and is currently on tour in Europe. She'll be joined by Khavita, a dear dancer of the Ecstatic Dance community, who'll be sharing her medicine songs to complete the journey✨
