Benjamin Tree ~ Movement Medicine x Ecstatic Dance

Benjamin Tree is a passionate and reverent Movement Medicine and Ecstatic Dance facilitator, and a dear friend of Ecstatic Dance Bristol.

As the wheel of the year turns towards Autumn Equinox, Benjamin looks forward to holding the dance for this beloved community once again. The natural cycles inside and out are always at the center of his offerings. For him this is part of the power of embodiment practices; to reconnect us to our bodies, to the earth and to each other, restoring our place as part of nature.

He'll open the dance with a facilitated Movement Medicine journey to empower your connection to self, others and the wider community of life. Followed by a music-led Ecstatic Dance. As ever, weaving a deeper dive into inner landscapes with space to move to your body’s own rhythms. Combined with expansive arcs of rhythm and bass to empower and inspire your dance.
