I truly believe that Authentic Relating is supportive in creating better relationships and conversations. My training in AR helped me to identify unhelpful patterns and unblock stuck parts of me - and practicing it in my life has led to more meaningful and joyful connection.

 This is why I want to bring this work to you: the Connection Jam community in my home of Brighton.

I would love to welcome you to An Introduction to Authentic Relating this Sunday.

The day will be a highly relational exploration of Self through the practices of AR, with a group of likeminded people. The last one was highly impactful and useful: could you do with this?
