How are you really today? We hope you're doing well on this rather grey Monday morning in Brighton & Hove! And if you're not having the greatest start to the week, we hope that you find some connection and nourishment, whatever form that might take.
We (Dan and Mags) are very excited to be going on our first ever holiday as a family this week - the little one's first time on a plane! Whilst we're away, we are going to be planning our full day workshop ‘Creating A Relationship Ritual’, to take place in Brighton this May. Then we're back at West Hill Hall for another Connection Jam (remember, every jam is different!) on Saturday 19th April - an Easter special!

Lasting connection requires a balance of security and intentionality. When partners take time to check in with each other regularly, they build a resilient, connected, and mutually fulfilling relationship.
This workshop will introduce you to the power of a relationship check-in: a tool that brings clarity, ease, and depth to your partnership. It is a taster of a full day workshop that we're running in Brighton on Sunday 4th May.
