Do you and your partner intentionally check in on how your relationship is going?

What if a simple weekly ritual could strengthen your connection, improve communication, and create more joy together?

How can you set up a meaningful relationship check-in that feels useful, supportive, loving - and perhaps even fun?

Join us for "Creating A Relationship Ritual: Online Taster", an interactive online introductory workshop where we’ll explore the power of relationship rituals - and how they can help create more stability, intimacy, and ease in your partnership.

This online taster is a stand alone workshop, but also a precursor to a full day immersive workshop on Saturday 31st May in Brighton - tickets on sale here.

What Can You Expect?

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • Why a relationship ritual or check-in could be essential for long-term connection and relational security
  • Our personal experience with creating and committing to a weekly relationship check-in
  • Practical exercises to practice how authentic communication could supports deeper connection
  • A sneak peek into our upcoming full-day in-person workshop - where we’ll dive deeper into designing a check-in ritual tailored to you

The Theory Behind the Ritual

A strong, thriving relationship doesn’t just happen - it’s something we co-create every day. Lasting connection requires a balance of security and autonomy. When partners take time to check in with each other regularly, they build a resilient, connected, and mutually fulfilling relationship.

This workshop will introduce you to the power of a relationship check-in: a tool that brings clarity, ease, and depth to your partnership. Curious to learn more? Join us and start creating your own relationship ritual!

Who Is This For?

This workshop is open to anyone interested in creating more intentional, conscious relationships:

  • If you're in a committed partnership and want to introduce a supportive, structured check-in
  • If you're single and want to develop relational skills for future partnerships
  • If you’re dating or exploring an emerging relationship, and want to bring intentionality from the beginning
  • If you're in any relationship structure - our model can be adapted to suit your situation!

You can attend alone or with a partner - everyone is welcome!

What Should You Bring?

  • A journal and pen for reflections
  • A quiet space with a stable internet connection
  • An open mind and curiosity about new ways to build connection
  • A hot drink and snack if you like
