Hi there,
How are you really today?
We hope you're doing well on this rather grey Monday morning in Brighton & Hove! And if you're not having the greatest start to the week, we hope that you find some connection and nourishment, whatever form that might take.
We (Dan and Mags) are very excited to be going on our first ever holiday as a family this week - the little one's first time on a plane! Whilst we're away, we are going to be planning our full day workshop ‘Creating A Relationship Ritual’, to take place in Brighton this May. More details on that COMING SOON.
Tickets for the online introduction are already on sale!
Then we're back at West Hill Hall for another Connection Jam (remember, every jam is different!) on Saturday 19th April - an Easter special indeed!
This photo captures some of the joy we all created together at this month's Connection Jam :)

Creating A Relationship Ritual
Sunday 13th April, 5pm
If you had to rate the stability of your relationship out of 10, what would you give it?
What if a simple weekly ritual could strengthen your connection with your partner, improve communication, and create more joy together?
Together we’ll explore the power of relationship rituals - and how they can help create more stability, intimacy, and ease in your partnership.

A strong, thriving relationship doesn’t just happen - it’s something we co-create every day.
Lasting connection requires a balance of security and intentionality. When partners take time to check in with each other regularly, they build a resilient, connected, and mutually fulfilling relationship.
This workshop will introduce you to the power of a relationship check-in: a tool that brings clarity, ease, and depth to your partnership. It is a taster of a full day workshop that we're running in Brighton in May. More details to follow!
Curious to learn more? Join us on Sunday 13th April and start creating your own relationship ritual!
Connection Jam: April
Saturday 19th April, 3pm
Not sure what to expect? Connection Jam is a monthly dynamic and playful social event!
You will be encouraged to drop in deeper than the usual patterns of surface level chat to reveal your more-true self - and be welcomed, exactly as you are. We make space for playful communication and real appreciation, and we don’t prescribe what sort of relationships you might create. So the question is: what sort of connection do you want to make?

Looking forward to seeing you soon, Jammy friends!
