My passion is bringing people together and creating a playful atmosphere of permission so we (me included!) can make more contact with who we really are. I'm a social entrepreneur, speaker and champion of connection culture with a 20-year track record of creating exceptional experiences in human connection. 

I run the social enterprise Togetherness which advocates for meaningful human connection and makes the tools and techniques for it more accessible. I'm known for creating Shhh Dating, the worlds first speed dating experience based on non-verbal connection games. In 2019, I ran the House of Togetherness pop-up in Covent Garden which welcomed 8,000 people through its doors to learn and experience new practices for vibrant and authentic relating.

You can catch me hosting and programming the Togetherness tent at Wilderness festival annually, which has been described by organisers as ‘perfectly fitting the space between wellbeing and festival programming’. It was there in 2019 that the Togetherness team hosted the largest ever mass-spooning circle with 1447 spooners.

My 2 favourite connection practices at the moment are The Wheel of Consent and Circling and I enjoy teaching these through workshops and trainings. I'm big on the importance of noticing, trusting and honouring our desires and love teaching about boundaries and desires.

I have 20 years of experience as a facilitator, having worked with more than 20,000 people in person and online and regularly delivering workshops to businesses and organisations. I'm a trained counsellor, a certified wheel of consent facilitator and a big advocate for playfulness.
