Teaching Movement Medicine and facilitating embodied spaces for transformation. I work along the whole spectrum of transformation from the more inner realms to outer and collective one. I have something for bread making and I am involved in preserving seeds as commons through my collaboration with OpenSourceSeeds.

I hold a doctorate of Geography from the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin for my work on the role of digital commons in the sustainability transitions of cities. I have trained in Movement Medicine with Ya'acov and Susannah Darling Khan and teach under supervision. I have also collected numerous experiences in the field of intimacy, positive sexuality, shadow work, regulation of the nervous system, and reconnection to the the more-than-human and mystery.
