I am Alma, born Chilean, raised in Sweden and travelling and living in Spain and internationally for the past 7 years. I have been on a journey breaking free from the norms I was born into for the past 10 years of my life, and this journey has led me to many corners of the world and to learn many tools for healing and self-development. I have gotten in touch with everything from shamanism to parts-work, conscious sexuality to embodiment and lived in everything from a caravan to communities, in Europe and South America. Everywhere I have gained knowledge that has supported me on my journey of healing and growth and connection to spirit. Gradually I have come to realize that I want to give to others, what others have given me, the gift of knowing myself and living authentically, rooted in earth and my body, with my heart as guidance. At this time I find myself in the Alpujarras for the next few months, where the fruits of my past ten years have ripened for you to devour! I am super excited to meet you and share my treasures with you!
