I am a  intuitive Sound practitioner” who focuses upon providing a individualised relaxation and wellness experience in a safe , supportive and nurturing environment. I am a retired nurse/midwife (BSc Hons) and an Adult Education Teacher (PGCE PC) who has worked in a diversity of roles and settings both in the U.K.and overseas . I am a “creative”,  a maker in felt/textiles and have taught these skills on a “not for profit” basis in a diversity of settings from small community to large event spaces . I have a deep  passion for lifelong learning and have a strong background in collaborating to innovate, create and implement  effective wellness initiatives at community and organisational levels. I am an elder, whose enquiry of the “new age” and that of a naturopathic and a holistic approach to health was ignited in the late 1970s. I fondly describe myself as an”sea gypsy” one who came in from the sea and settled  in Kernow (Cornwall)  which is now my beloved home.   I have a deep love of the sea , of diving and wild swimming.  It is from this element of water from which I draw my personal creative inspiration and inner sense of “knowing”.  I embrace the act of storytelling and write poetry and prose  intuitively. I love music and it is a constant companion in my life. My heartfelt gratitude for your participation in this event .
