I am a passionate guide & practitioner in the realms of tantric massage, intimacy coaching, and embodiment practices. Through touch, breathwork, movement and dance, I help clients awaken to their inner vitality and feel deeply connected to their authentic selves. Whether through deep listening, movement facilitation, or holding sacred space, I empower individuals to embrace freedom, joy, and a more embodied existence!
I am excited to offer spaces for Women where they can feel safe & open to express their absolute truth. Without judgement, but to hug and embrace whatever is arising so this can be heard! Through the voice! Also to feel it through the body. As much as possible. This is where I feel things can be transformative!
I have been involved in women’s work and women’s circles groups for many years. I love to be outside and create a fire together. Otherwise we create an inner fire and connection by being together in a way that we usually don’t get a chance to in the hustling bustling world.

Running Dance School for 22 years, offering hip hop dance to all ages.
Giving free movement classes called ‘Let Go & Dance’ for 3 years.
Offering Workshops for divine feminine and masculine healing & creating more Intimacy.
