It is my passion to hold and  facilitate transformational  healing spaces for you to step into.  I believe we all have an inner healer  residing within us, and there are many paths we can explore to access this divine aspect of ourselves.  This is a personal journey for each and every one of us and  there are no right or wrong answers on our unique and individual paths.   

I have  been on a lifelong, creative journey of studying, implementing and turning to  healing arts practices to support myself through the challenges in life.   Great Spirit reveals itself in many forms, and I am an avid investigator of many faiths, traditions, systems  and practices that can be found throughout our history.  

I am  a certified Nada Yoga instructor (Yoga of Sound) and Sound Healing Facilitator, a platinum selling songwriter and recording artist. I run a range of events focussed on cultivating a deeper connection through joyful and nurturing practices. I include elements of  Shamanic rituals,  planetary alignments, voice practices, yoga, breath work, dance, and Sound Healing into my offerings.
