I work as a mindset and business coach, breathwork facilitator and trainer as well as a meditation teacher. But I wasn't always a "professional hippy"... my origin story includes a 10-year corporate career in shiny digital marketing agencies.

My passion for wellbeing and personal development was born out of my own suffering. Throughout my 20s, I struggled with work-related stress and epic levels of anxiety, fuelled also by my unprocessed childhood trauma coming up.  My physical health was fast eroding from the emotional strain. I also felt a lot of embarrassment and shame about my struggles, so kept it all to myself. Until I was at breaking point. During my recovery, I fell in love with meditation (which was a huge surprise since I am rubbish at slowing down), and that was the beginning of my Hero's Journey.

The more I went down that rabbit hole, I found teachers, training and practices - ancient and modern - that not only helped me recover my sanity but from which I began to feel hope, excitement and joy again.

Now, I love to blend mindset coaching with body-based wellbeing tools that I've been teaching and practising since 2014. 

I'm honoured to have taught 1,000s of people meditation techniques and I've led 1,000s of people in breathwork. I'm living out my dream of hosting retreats and workshops internationally in exotic locations like Thailand, Mexico and Spain. I also runs corporate wellbeing workshops and speak at conferences, festivals and events on practical wellbeing, human potential and conscious living.

In my 1:1 mindset + business coaching,  I love to help  you get clear on what’s important to you in life and business. Seeing my clients heal and move through their self-limiting beliefs and manifest their dreams into reality brings me SO much joy!  Being of service in this way is what gets me jumping out of bed in the morning.
