Supporting space holders to grow confidence in their ability, be guided by their deepest wisdom and fuelled by their innate power, to create aligned (and sustainable) action for a more loving world.

Cat works with those who care deeply about humanity, and are called to contribute by becoming coaches, teachers, therapists, bodyworkers and healers.

The people she works with know their work comes with resistance, distraction, heartbreak and times when it all feels way too hard. Alongside the most powerful, potent, mind blowing, heart expanding moments that make it all worth it.

Cat emerged from childhood with a powerful, but overthinking mind. Through twenty plus years of rigorous self-enquiry, self-compassion and daily practices of self responsibility she is able to bring her embodied wisdom, and her intellect to those who work with her.

Her somatic training began in 2001 and continues to this day. She is trained in transformational bodywork, breathwork, energywork and touch practices.

She lived in Malta for 12 years running a somatic therapy practice before returning to the UK, in 2023 to root her practice in her motherland.

She kicked off her online work with her Head Strong to Heart Smart presentation at the Embodiment Conference in 2020, sharing the stage with speakers such as Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Gabor Mate, Resmaa Menakem and Peter Levine.

And now she offers somatically lead and compassionately held in-person retreats, workshops and one-to-one sessions, online coaching and support programmes for space holders.
