I have worked in the events space for around 30 years, starting in the corporate space, now migrating into space with a more mindful purpose.

I am focused on helping people connect with themselves and each other and creating spaces where people feel safe to drop into their authentic selves.

I follow interests in wellbeing, mental health, breathwork, cold water, cuddling, playing, play-fighting, sober activities and more and throughout the summer can often be found in various roles at festivals.

He has hosted cuddle movies in Bristol since the start of 2024.   
I have volunteered at various festivals including Green Gathering, How the Light Gets In, Medicine, The Big Retreat and more.
I have volunteered with various organisations including BLINK, mental health and Once In A Blue Moon.
I am a regular fundraiser for various causes.
