Kathleen Downie

I work with individuals and groups incorporating Breathwork, Yoga, Movement, Relational practices, Creativity and Play to provide sessions that are both deep, effective and enjoyable.

I am passionate about an honest inquiry into what it means to thrive, individually and as a society, and enjoy the dance between habit breaking and habit making as a thread to practise.

I have trained in Integral Yoga, embodied, improvised movement and theatre, clown and circus, Authentic relating and fine art. 

I am currently focussed on developing skills in sensemaking and critical thinking.

I have delved into my own psyche for over 25 years through a range of psychotherapeutic modalities, and have developed a skill at supporting other individuals inner process through this practice.
