As a soul orientated herbalist and lover of this wild and animate Earth, I offer Plant Allies for Women workshops, to explore connecting with plants as allies. The plants offer us a mirror to our soul and an opportunity to integrate parts of ourselves, rewild ourselves and come back to our wholeness.  These workshops weave in how plants can support us as we move through the seasons (within and without), the moon cycle and the thresholds & phases along the journey of womanhood. Plants reflect to us the qualities and energies of  the feminine archetypes, in this way inviting us to embody them fully, in service to life. I offer practices to support women to connect with and open to the plants around us and creative forms of expression to deepen our experience, integrate and embody what comes through. Through engaging with the beings around us in this way, we open to the dreaming of the Earth and restore our connection to the wider web of life.

I  offer workshops on herbal medicine generally including how to make your own remedies sessions for adults and children.

I also practice locally as a medical herbalist, massage therapist, postnatal coach, postnatal educator & doula.
