Emergent Purpose

Breaking down the barriers to human connection through transformational well-being experiences. For common unity from the sacred fire, to the boardroom and beyond. 

Experiences include:

  • Waves of wellness - Bi-Weekly Cold water swims with breathwork, yoga and spoken word poetry
  • Icebath and Sauna Sessions - Yoga, breathwork and body priming then finishing off with an epic sauna to warm you up
  • Swim and Sauna -  Combination of the above at a different location. Cold water swim, relational team dynamics, breathwork and sauna.
  • Wellbeing in the workplace - Relational magnetics, team building, yoga, breathwork and treatments to your workplace
