El is a Certified Embodiment Coach, Somatic Educator, Sensorimotor Art Therapy Facilitator, Artist, Writer, and ND Mother. Her passion lies in empowering people, especially women, to truly understand themselves and live life on their own terms, with awareness and conscious choice. Through her work, she guides you to listen deeply to your own wisdom, building trust in yourself by cultivating body awareness, establishing healthy boundaries, and finding your unique balance. She offers tools for self-connection, emotional regulation, and authentic expression, working online and in person. El loves for women to feel connected to themselves and also part of a community. She has run Embodied Consent & Boundaries courses and training, Self Care programmes and Rage Workshops as well as Creativity for Wellbeing and Expression events.
