I hold ceremonies, groups, retreats and 121 containers to support you with tools, techniques and some of the universe's magic to reconnect to your heart and have the courage to put into action it's teachings.  Drawing upon my Shamanic, coaching and Buddhist paths, I entwine creativity tools, intuition and care to create a portal for living a happier, braver, more expansive life.  

My work was been featured on the Discovery Network, shown in 8 countries, for the Mind Body Spirit Festival, Medicine Festival, All About Love, Heart of the Rose and I regularly teach emotional Intelligence at the world's leading business schools, including Oxford and Cambridge.
