Danielle guides you through holistic practices to strengthen your sense of self and regulate your nervous system (either in class, workshops or on retreats), with selfcare and wellness connected through nature.
She is a qualified Educational Teacher, Yoga Teacher and certified Holistic Naturopath, living in Glastonbury.
After completing a Masters (MA) in Entrepreneurship & Innovation; she trained as a Educational Teacher, and became a Lecturer.
Later she made some life changes, that lead into wellness and holistic wellbeing. By completing a Yoga Teacher Training course in Sri-Lanka. Realising it is okay to go slow and connect to the natures rhythm.
Now, she is able to hold space and guide others to optimise their wellbeing, through movement, sound and grounding down to the earth. which creates positive impact - taking a WHOLE approach to living.
