I am a creative arts play therapist, supporting children's emotional and mental health, and offering guidance to parents and carers. I am also a creative clinical supervisor, guiding other therapists and practitioners in their client work. I am increasingly curious about the mind-body connection, exploring this through my yoga and mindfulness practice, in play therapy and group work, and in my own artworks. My background as an early years teacher has given me the privilege of connection with vibrant communities, through creativity, curiosity and an openness to possibilities.
