My mission is to help individuals and communities deepen their sacred relationship with themselves and our Earth. Through workshops and events, I explore music, ecology, personal development and their intersections.
Music and Transformation: I have studied a year long training in vocal improvisation and ritual singing with Briony Greenhill, and my academic background includes Ethnomusicology at SOAS, where I explored the cultural and spiritual dimensions of music.
Philosophy and Personal Growth: My journey into personal development has been deeply influenced by a year living in Buddhist, Tantric, and Vedanta communities, alongside studies in yoga and Ayurveda.
Sustainability and Ecological Action: For the past decade, I have supported communities in transitioning to a more sustainable and reverent relationship with our Earth. I have taught permaculture, climate action, and foraging, and have lived off-grid for a year and a half. Currently, I co-direct Bristol Living Soil, an organisation working to regenerate local ecologies.
May all beings be well.
