As an evolving movement practitioner, I have maintained an  experimental exploration of the natural way energy and creativity develop with intuitive working. 

I have practiced Tai Chi for 35 years. graduating to Capoeira and then Contact Improvisation as my body evolved/devolved. I qualified as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist offering "Movement with Tai Chi" sessions at St Mungos until the pandemic interrupted their services.

I am a popular DJ and have a strong sense of the musical journey we can go on if lead with sensitivity and awareness.

I worked with Sandra Reeve using Amerta Movement, culminating in the production of the Circle of Origin workshop.

My main activity for 25 years has been as a self employed Metalsmith, working in very much the same fashion, allowing the process to inform the work.
