Knots and Stalks delivers creative and holistic wellbeing services in Bristol and surrounding areas. Aggy Rucin is a Bristol-based Polish-born woman, macramé tutor and a sound therapist using both of these techniques to help her clients relax, learn new skills, develop introspection and self-esteem. From stimulating macramé workshops to relaxing sound baths she covers a spectrum of activities incorporating the use of herbal medicine, tarot cards and practices such as sharing circles.

For her macramé pieces and workshop she uses recycled cotton cord produced with no toxic dyes, minimum CO2 and water use and sourced from a small-scale family-run producer.
