Joel is the founder and managing director of Lightbath Limited. A small UK based startup company manufacturing and distributing the LiBa-slim. A light device capable of emitting flickering light pulses between 0.5Hz up to 100Hz. The LiBa-slim features four light channels which are individually controlled by the internal microcontroller. The capability to emit multiple frequencies simultaneously results in sophisticated and complex flicker vertigo (Flicker induced hallucinations)
