I love ‘doing the real thing’: doing and being whilst reflecting on the experience. 

Some of my mantras are: The obstacle is the way. There is no courage without vulnerability. I critique through creation. I learn from people like Esther Hicks and Gordon Peterson alike. I think that woke and cancel culture are not helpful strategies to beat populism, racism and sexism. I believe in and strive to embody radical intellectual, spiritual and emotional honesty. I do the best I can and consider that everyone else is doing their best. That said, I am not an isolated island of flaws, but interconnected to everyone else's battle I know nothing about.

I am a C-Level Coach, change choreographer and podcast host. I aim to be a worthy soulmate to my goddess and a Marcus Aurelius kinda-dad to my 12 year-old pup.

I particularly would like to connect with entrepreneurs, company builders, change catalysts and influencers from the energy transition and regenerative renaissance movements as well as from the emerging psychedelic space and also DeFi, DAOs and DHOs! We now can change human trajectory, but only if we also build next level organisations that transcend current doctrines, incentives and habits. And that change starts with ourselves, here-and-now.
