As a facilitator of Connection and Intimacy events; a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach; a Tantric Bodywork specialist; a Dance and Movement Psychotherapist and an experienced yoga teacher, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work.

I am deeply inspired to offer workshops, classes and coaching when I witness the deep impact on people. It’s the alchemy of my diverse training, life experiences, and years of teaching and facilitating. Participants experience feeling noticeably better – calmer, more open, more connected to their life and inner processes, with their nervous systems relaxed and supported.

I never tire of running workshops or coaching individuals because each experience is unique. Every event is different, every person has their own story, and the circumstances are always evolving. No two sessions are ever the same. I always aim to respond to the energy in the space, tailoring each session to the needs of the participants.

I find great joy in supporting people to reconnect with themselves – body, soul, and spirit – reviving tired, heavy souls and soothing anxious or overstimulated ones so that they can live their life more deeply and fully and joyfully. I’ve had the privilege of teaching classes and workshops across the whole of England, from the north to the south.
