Lucinda (Lula) is a Soulful Coach, Facilitator, Consultant - and Artist.
Her work encourages life to move through unhindered, authentic and playful.
When we are in deep connection with ourselves, we move with congruence, clarity and courage to live that which is most deeply authentic.
Lucinda support others to live with fun, realness, vision and expansion.
The intention is not to get people to learn more techniques, but rather to co-create ways that support returning to their deep knowing, passion and simple soulful joy.
She trained in Movement Psychotherapy with Tamalpa Institute as a Celebrant with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants had a Somatics mentor for 7 years with SOEL School Of Experiential Learning and studied Improvised Theatre with Kate Hilder in Action Theatre.
Lucinda worked as a coach for Lacey Haynes, the leading sexuality coach in the UK, led transformation programs for teenagers with the NCS and performed in Walk About Theatre internationally.
