Ruth is passionate about yoga to transform your life to heal and live the life you came here to live. Ruth teaches from a trauma sensitive and embodied focus, knowing that the body holds deep wisdom if we can allow ourselves to calm to hear it.   She teaches kundalini yoga and yoga nidra and weaves in other meditation techniques and yoni shakti.  She is training to become a yoga therapist
