I am a coach, facilitator and an organisational development consultant with a unique approach, bringing together systems change and relational practices. I am the founder of Grow in Harmony (www.growinharmony.com).
I support purpose-driven organisations to flourish. I facilitate the co-development of better ways of relating: to ourselves, each other, our organisations and our purpose. I am inspired by the Teal paradigm from the book Reinventing Organisations by Fred Laloux. I have experience in Human Centred Design, Liberating Structures, high performing teams, and self-management practices.
I coach changemakers. My coaching is grounded in the Aletheia unfolding method. This amazing, comprehensive system is deeply informed by psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and spirituality (particularly Buddhism). In practice, we spend our sessions enquiring into the present experience relating to the client's goals, and working with what unfolds using a variety of techniques, including parts work (similar to Internal Family Systems) and somatic awareness.
I also facilitate a transformative group relating practice called circling. Circling is an amazing opportunity to become deeply intimate with what it means to be alive and embodied in the present moment, with other people. It empowers us to show up more fully as leaders, friends, partners and as ourselves.
