I'm an intuitive artist, events organiser and creative workshop facilitator based in Bristol. 

My creative practice is deeply influenced by my experiences with meditation, dreams, ritual, nature and spirituality. Through my art, I aim to inspire connection - between individuals, their inner worlds, and the collective consciousness. 

I facilitate creative workshops that guide participants in using creativity as a tool for self-discovery and healing, to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing. Holding a safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through painting, collage, printing, journaling, crafts and drawing.

I have experience running creative workshops and life drawing classes for the public in community centres and festivals, for school students and university staff.
