I am a certified Cuddle Therapist, Connection Coach, consent educator, facilitator, event organiser, and community leader.

I love partner dance, partner acrobatics, cuddle puddles, and gathering friends together. The common thread is connection. This has been a central theme my whole life. I am a twin, raised to value and support my community. Connection is my default. 

After my early career in engineering and business in environmental and health industries, I understood my life’s purpose around this theme: to empower connection and community. I trained formally in consent, cuddle therapy and facilitation. Since I started my business, I have helped hundreds of people to connect better with themselves and others.

I employ somatic, movement and touch-based practices to find safety, authenticity and a feeling of belonging. Through my work, I have found that embodiment is a powerful tool to understand and empower ourselves, and transform the way we relate with others. 

I offer 1-1 support, and I facilitate safe, welcoming spaces for authentic connection.
