Ubuntu Village, the decolonial healing and humanity space, is an arts, culture and decolonial wellness collective of over 50 artists, visionary practitioners, healers, facilitators and thought leaders

- representing and championing the Global Majority and roots of Humanity.

Currently being rebranded and upgraded, Ubuntu Village is a culmination of all that we’ve learnt and built in the past 5 years that we’ve been operating.

In this time we’ve moved through 5 chapters:

NuSchool - a social justice and community arts project working with community in Hackney Downs

Village101 CIC and Studios - an award-winning creative production house collaborating with many of the UK’s biggest artists, based in a huge warehouse space in Tottenham.

Sons of Zion - ground-breaking melanated men’s work sessions.

and Legacy101 Festival 2022 and 2023 - ‘celebrating the new generations of melanated excellence’, 20 events during Afro History Month between London and Bristol.
 

Having grown so much thanks to these iterations of our collective vision, we are now wholly focused on a path of inter-racial, intergenerational, inter-cultural decolonial healing and humanisation, evolutionary arts, and radical social justice.

We are a living movement of embodied, spiritual and creative collective liberation.
